“Where you look is how you feel” David Grand the founder of Brainspotting.  The goal of every session is to move you through dysregulation  to regulation. Brainspotting aims to engage the regions of the brain that are specifically  in neurobiological regulation and bypass the regions of the brain that are not involved. 

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused mindfulness healing modality that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/physical pain, trauma, and dissociation. Developed by Dr. David Grand
